MDW Law focuses on all aspects of family law, including separation of married and common law relationships, separation agreements, uncontested and litigated divorce, division of matrimonial property, child support, spousal support, custody, parenting plans, shared parenting, child protection, adoption, cohabitation contracts, marriage contracts and pre-nuptial agreements, same sex marriage and divorce. But our experience is by no means limited to family law. We also practice real estate law, wills and estates, elder law, and civil litigation including wrongful dismissal and personal injury.
