McDonald's, STE-DOROTHÉE

I went to McDonalds today in Ste-Dorothée today and ordered a trio and I waited.....and waited.....and waited.....oh 15 minutes. Then I was courageous enough to order 2 coffees & a pie..........waited.......and waited................still waiting. It took about the same time for COFFEE! Someone was waiting to order and I discouraged them by letting them know how long of a wait it really was, lucky for him he left. I don't like the new system of ordering at McDonalds, bring back the old system, much more efficient.

Our experience at Ste Dorothée 's McDonalds was horrible tonight Wednesday. You would think that at 10pm the service at the window would be fast but no...we waited in line (with the car) for 25 minutes after placing our order. Low and behold our two sundaes were given to the car before us. The clerk at the window didn't even know what we had ordered. Again we waited 5 minutes for our two sundaes..now we know why the cars in the line up kept turning away. To all the McDonalds fans, I say refrain from visiting the Ste Dorothée McDonalds. My experience was bad and they deserve a zero as review.
