This company was highly rated and as it was a special occasion for me and I wanted something specific, I wanted good quality product and was willing to go with a more marked up place for the quality. I was deeply disappointed. The service was poor, and the final product was worse and the way they handled my concern was even worse. I would not recommend any custom work by them. In fact, I would not shopping at this store at all. They pretend to be high end and all great, but they are a fraud. My ring looks nothing like what I wanted despite it being a custom ring, and all they can say was:"it looks fine to me." End of story.
