My complaint started in April 2014 and has yet to be fixed. Full warranty was purchased and all paperwork from the purchase was kept and shown when brought in. Wedding band ended up being defective (still defective, diamonds loose, cracks in band, and ring is kinda warped) basically nothing has been done, was accused of buying it else ware, even though receipt clearly stated Timmins square, Mappins So if your unlucky and get a defective product don't expect them to fix it or any help, Sincerely Owner of defective wedding band from Mappins
