Great staff and services. I am always grateful when I leave the Manoir after visiting my Mother as she is well looked after and the nursing staff does what they can to facilitate the needs of their clients/residents. The room staff is always ready to do what ever is needed as well as maintenance and office persons. I know my mom is well looked after and that the Manoir does all they can to make everyone feel comfortable. The recreations department is well run and always looking for new and challenging classes and entertainments that help the clients with staying active mentally and physically. I had Mom in a place in another location which didn't offer half the service and talked to al the residents as if they were children. I never felt that she was safe in that environment, as I do here at the Manoir Westmount. Thank you all those who work here and many blessings to you all. Thanks, Paul G
