This internet is just terrible, and when you do phone and talk to him and tell him how bad it is he says "alright, i'll look into it" then weeks later it just seems to get worse, I was promised to be able to stream movies, and ya sure I guess if I did sit and load a 2 hour long movie for 36 hours I may be able to, he does nothing to actually fix your internet he just lies and lies and lies some more making up ridiculous stories on why the internet is downloading at 20 kb/s when it is either 1 AM or 1 PM it doesn't matter the internet is terrible, I would never recommend Magtech to another person.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. The stability of the connection is normally poor and the speed is even worse. In the event you want to use peer to peer networking, they will block your internet connection and pass blame to Disney, Paramount and Universal Studios. Advertising high speed internet is one thing, but 30 minutes to load a movie on Netflix is ridiculous. Poor services and very poor support. Should not even be a star.
