How we came to know this – We have trained 1, 000s of relationship managers in the sales, marketing, and public relations fields over the last 20 years. We have built over 25 relationship management software solutions, both custom and generic, for Fortune 500s and small, local companies. We gleaned knowledge from all of our client’s successes and challenges, and have folded those into our philosophy – and from there into our relationship management solution designs.
