You are here on this page because you believe that, with some effective and competent intervention, you can take charge of what is difficult for you right now and find some peace.

For any of these quests and others, my own experience as a professional helper has convinced me that psychotherapy, as I practice it, works. Why? Because it puts you at the centre of a relationship that has one goal – the betterment of your life!!

~ The act of asking for help can result in miracles!! And I believe in those miracles.
