I was having appointment today at1340 hrs for x-ray. My appointment paper,got through computer, was showing that I should go in room 19 so I went there. The receptionist told me that for X/ray work I have to go different room in the basement. I requested to the receptionist that in the paper which I have is showing that I have an app. In room 19 so if I goes in another room they might have not be listed so I requested the receptionist if she can do me any help by giving me note that by mistake the app has been made in different section so that they can adjust me as it is very difficult for a senior person to come for one work again But the receptionist answered that she can not make me any help and asked me to go out . On my again request she throw my printed paper on the ground and asked me to go out . I told her that her behaviour is not sympathetic and helpful towards a senior person,specially due to COVID when I am getting X-ray first time by making appointment on computer. My only request is that the staff preasent there should me more sympathetic and helpful, even the patient may be wrong by mistake.

The staff called me that I had an appointment and I asked where I should go for the imaging. I went to the place and found out no appointment for me. Called CML, reschedule the appointment and asked where I should go again and also double-checked again with the staff. I went to the place the staff told me. Again, no appointment! First time, it could be misunderstanding, but 2nd time, definitely not! The worst service that I have ever had from healthcare service providers!
