We ordered a very large L-shaped sofa. Very classic style. From the time we walked in the door 7 weeks ago and were served by Lovey Dhaliwal to the time the sofa was delivered 2 days ago, we were astounded by the excellent customer service. Lovey let us borrow the leather sample more than once while we searched for an area rug. She made thoughtful suggestions and was very good at calculating the size of the sofa as we were afraid of making a mistake. Lovey also was instrumental in helping us pick the right leather colour and the proper leather grade. She spent a lot of time guiding us and worked tirelessly past regular working hours to ensure that we would be 100% satisfied with the end product. Lovey was also extremely patient with answering all our many questions. I can't say enough about the delivery service. The 3 men were wonderful from beginning to end. They were very friendly and professional even though it was late in the day and we were their last delivery. The pieces were quite heavy and they were able to get them through our door and place everything without scratching anything. Even moved our heavy glass coffee table back into place. When asked by me, the men affixed the felt protectors on all the legs of the sectionals. Picked up all the wrappings to dispose themselves. We were also pleasantly surprised with the follow-up service. We received a phone call 2 day Slater to ensure that all was okay with our product. I purchased an Elran tilt chair with massage and heat from Leather Sofa Gallery in Stoney Creek,On in Oct./15.It was delivered in Nov./15 at 8pm with no prior phone call advising me of the delivery.The chair was placed in a spare room for my wife. I noticed in June/2016 the massage was not working properly and the frame was rubbing against something when returning to normal position.I advised my wife not to use the chair in case it gets stuck in the reclining position.I called Elran company who advised me that the massage motor would have to be replaced and was told to contact the dealer where the chair was purchased--"Stoney Creek Leather Sofa Gallery" for them to order the parts which I did and check to see why it was rubbing against the frame.I have now been waiting since the beginning of July/2016 for the repairs to be done since Elran was closed for 3 weeks vacation in July. I waited until the first week of August/2016 with no response from Leather Sofa Gallery.I then called them to know when this chair was going to be repaired and was told that no one ordered the parts??I waited until early Sept./2016 for the parts to arrive. I was then told that their service repairman would contact me to set a date. It is now Sept.13/16 and after numerous phone calls and voicemails that were never returned asking when this service is going to be done, I am STILL WAITING!!!I I also personally went to the store and was told their serviceman would contact me that same day which he never did. Needless to say that I am VERY DISAPPOINTED the way this store has handled a simple repair that should have been completed over a month ago and because of this I will NOT be making any other purchases from Leather Sofa Gallery AND DO NOT RECOMMEND this store and will not be purchasing any other Elran products.
