LCBO Store, New Hamburg, ON

My experience was extremely unprofessional. The CSR had ID'd me in the past and had a conversation about my age letting her know I was 28years old. She seemed nervous and was obviously new to the location and quite possibly the position all together. I went in with my mother who offered to purchase the $60 bottle of champagne for me which I thought was great. I had forgotten my Id as it was in my other jacket I threw on earlier. We asked her to hold the bottle as we went home to get it because she had forgotten our prior encounter. Upon return she had instantly asked if I had my Id and then stood there stunned as she had no idea what bottle we had come back for even though she was asked to hold it. She had ID'd someone in front of us who was clearly smirking because they were close to 30. This store is a joke and the girl working there was so scared for her job she couldn't use common sense. I feel profiled and unappreciated as a customer as within 5 minutes of leaving and returning she had no clue where the bottle was. More training is needed. I will make further purchases elsewhere and suggest others to do the same. As a former employee of the LCBO this level of customer service is unacceptable.
