Laventure Development Ltd., is a privately owned Quebec real estate development firm which specializes in property acquisition and the repositioning of commercial, industrial and office real estate assets in the Greater Montreal Area. For more than twenty-five years, the management of the company has been involved in over 600, 000 square feet of real estate transactions in Quebec either as a developer, investor and/or joint venture partner. Responsibility included all aspects of financial analysis, due diligence, acquisition, financing, construction, leasing and marketing. Day to day property management, for the majority of the properties, was undertaken by its affiliated company Norval_Property_Management Ltd.
