Not able to find open hours for Kaslo Branch online. Had to go down town and read note on door. Also, I am making changes to my account and need signature etc from my son who is a Doctor in Nelson. Frankly your customer service sucks. There is no way he can come to Kaslo between 10 and 3 on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday. Nor can he drive to Castlegar or elsewhere to find another branch where he might sign. Like I said, your customer service sucks! Everything is harder now. Kaslo needs to have some Saturday hours.
