Septic Disappointment

We had our septic installed 10 years ago by Konoval. The septic has always leached, and when we complained, they would dump sand on the site. Over the years we have have asked to have them fix the situation, however we were told we were on our own. No return phone messages. Poor customer service, poor quality of work.
