This place is the biggest rip off in the city. There is no way you are getting your damage deposit back no matter what you do. They charge full price for the carpets to be cleaned even though that should be considered normal wear and tear (unless they are completely trashed, which they weren't). If you hang pictures, it's $50 per hole. They charge for washing the windows, when they were dirty when we moved it, so I doubt if they wash them, they just charge for it. They charge for wiping off the light fixtures. A little dust after a couple of years living there is not a big deal yet they make money off of it. I am sorry we ever moved there but I am extremely happy that we moved out, even if it cost us an arm and a leg.

Avoid living here at all costs. When you check in and do a walk through Brenda will tell you not to be picky and then at check out she and her husband will literally come in with white gloves looking for dust. We hired a professional cleaner and she still charged us $400 at check out. This and all of the other costs she adds in the lease allow them to keep your deposit no matter what. There is no way you are getting any of it back. B***** also walks the grounds daily harassing all she passes by. I would sooner live in a box than here.

Management does everything they can to take all your damage deposit, and then will tell you it is ludicris to ask for a rebate on your rent when you are able to move out early.
