I highly do not recommend this company. I wanted to change my photo orders from them immediately after I ordered it, but they were not willing to talk to me because I was asking for a refund. Their manager Jessica is just plain rude. Basically, I had a terrible customer experience with them. They did not respect me as a customer. I was so disappointed that I actually told them to just keep my money and just cancel all my orders because I don't want to deal with their business anymore, and the manager actually agreed. She said that's totally fine. So she's actually okay with me having to pay $900 for nothing. It seems to me that they are just a business to take advantage of people's money. Also, their policies have full of discrepancies. They conveniently change it to whatever suites their advantage. One of the many instances is when she left a voicemail she mentioned that I could use the store credit to buy some gift cards. But then, when I asked her a week later why their store credit expires in a year, and made a comment that isn't it illegal in Canada for a gift card to expire, she said store credit is different from gift card. So I said ok then I'll just buy gift cards from that store credit, and then she said no you can only use it for photo prints. Also be careful when you're ordering photos, make sure to check your receipt because they just additionally charging you for photo enhancement fees that you didn't request and even without your consent, that's probably where they gain more money. Save yourself some stress and go to other photo studios in Calgary and stay away from this one at Market Mall.
