Kids Choice Child Care, Edmonton, AB

This facility is deplorable! The staff come across as the most uneducated childcare providers I have ever! The director herself is incredibly incompetent, to the point where she couldn't keep a decent hard working, dedicated staff member if her life depended on it. My child went through hell at this facility, constantly subjected to scratches, bite marks, black eyes, all because the staff neglect to watch the children and the director doesn't care about proper ratios in the rooms. These people should be ashamed of them selfs for the way they treat children! No child should ever have gone through what mine did. On top of everything, you're required to supply everything, including lunch! Which is a lot considering the staff find it difficult to change a diaper or give your child their own lunch for a whopping $850! Overall, I would not recommend this daycare to ANYONE! My experience was reported to licensing as well as AHS for the disgusting upkeep and cleanliness issues.
