KFC, Waterloo, ON

we went to woodbine mall to the KFC and ordered the 599 meal with white meat that comes with fries bread a drink and a cookie and a Breast of chicken the lady said you don't get a breast with that order that you get rib meat I tried to tell her to only white meat in a chicken is the breast and she got quite nasty and said we can't have a breast meat with that meal i have been to three other KFC stores and got breast meat with our meal so I told her to stick it where the sun don't shine and went to b***** k*** and got a meal instead

Hi had a problem with he location at Albion and hwy 27. I went online and put the report in and no one from KFC couldn't even call me back. They have no customer service and I will be boycotting them. The best advertisement is word of mouth. Went to the location and waited over 25 mins to place my order. Waited over another 30 and I still didn't revive my orde and that is over a hour. The server didn't even put the chicken down after all that time. Ask for my refund and they told me that they cannot open the register. After getting my meal it was dry and taste like crap.

The location at 1 steel Ave gave us bad chicken; onion ring brunt and the restaurant was not clean We vest money we will never go there again

i think it's pretty bad when there is a major snowstorm and kfc in Sydney would rather worry about sales then the safety of it's employees. Everything is closed even the nslc and kfc is still open and have no concerns about their empoyees driving home if they even can in the blizzard conditions

I, too decided to try KFC again in White Rock, BC. So many times I ve been disappointed, then tried again because I had visited the Falcon Ridge location in Calgary and they were excellent 3 times the week I was there. (why couldn't W.Rock's be like that)? Turns out again I WILL NEVER order at the W. Rock location again. It's disgusting, I got a hasty surprise when I got home (chicken didn't look like it was breaded, sitting under the heater too long- after telling me that I'd have to wait 15 min. for my order). So, so, disappointing. I saved a pathetic drumstick to send to the Head Office, but doubt I'll get a reply.
