Do not use their services over 2 months waiting for parts that whirlpool had in stock. Many calls with whirlpool and whirlpool noted they had not ordered the one part through them but that it was in stock. After whirlpool contacting them still no part ordered. I finally had to call and get the part ordered. Stein still refuses to book an appointment for repair because they haven't received the part. However I was told it will be there within a couple days and they are booking well in advance so I will have to wait even longer for my washing machine repair. Very poor customer service
