Had KS Concrete install an egress window in my basement so my daughter could have her own space downstairs. Paul seemed to be a reliable person, but now I wish I never ever called him. Didn't come when scheduled never let me know when he was going to arrive had to rush home from work to let his workers in.
Paul called even before the workers were gone to request payment, me being trusting paid him. Windows never got caulked called Paul and he said they would be around tomorrow to fix his mistake
Story short they never showed up and Paul never answered my calls again
