Shopping at JS Furniture in Portage La Prairie was one of the worst retail experiences of my life. Manager, Gord Utz is one of the rudest and most arrogant people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. I made a huge mistake buying appliances and furniture from them and I hope you as a customer never have to deal with such terrible customer service.
Gord was recently quoted in the Daily Graphic saying:
"We've strived to maintain a friendly atmosphere and very competitive pricing," says Gord. "With the city being an hour away, we have to be very competitive in sales, delivery and the services we provide our customers."
If only you were true to your word Gord! Friendly atmosphere and competitive pricing are not their strong points.
