Étant un client assidu de ce supermarché Leduc IGA depuis de nombreuses années, j'y retrouve à chaque semaine l'excellent service offert par les employés, particulièrement les caissières et les emballeurs. J'aimerais attirer votre attention sur l'un d'eux qui se démarque des autres par sa bonne humeur, sa gentillesse, son efficacité et son entregent. Son nom est Pierre Langlois, pour le lui avoir demandé. Il est déjà un jeune vétéran et est fait absolument pour œuvrer dans le public. Son attitude et son expérience devrait lui permettre de songer un jour à améliorer son sort. C'est ce que je lui souhaite de tout cœur et mes commentaires ne visent qu'à l'encourager dans cette voie. On August 31, 2016, I had an unpleasant confrontation with the store manager who acted disrespectful and lacked compassion towards my parents who are over 80 and frail, only caring about some insignificant remarks by her other clientele. My parents have been regular customers at this store since 36 years, paying more than $100 with each visit, but will not return in the foreseeable future due to this rude and unprofessional person! Show some respect for all customers, especially the elderly, or you will lose many customers to come, thus ruining the reputation of the store. I have nothing to say regarding the rest of the staff who have been nothing but kind and generous to my parents each time they visited the store, even helping my mother with her purchases. No one deserves to be disrespected the way my parents were. They are just as important as the next Jane Doe or Joe Bloe!!!
