Grizzly Inn Motel is a 10 unit motel on one level with 5 standard rooms and 5 kitchenettes, all with outside entrances. The standard rooms have a private bathroom, minifridge, a television and sleeps four. The kitchenettes have a private bedroom that sleeps two, a television, private full bathroom, a single bed in the kitchen area, fridge & stove, table and chairs and basic kitchen utensils.

The RV Park has 24 fully serviced sites, more sites with power and water and a tenting area. Some sites have wide pull throughs, picnic tables and fire pits. Some sites are treed giving more privacy.
