Gavin specializes in recruiting senior executives from across the broad spectrum of financial services organizations. Gavin specializes in building out management teams as well as hiring senior executives to help clients enter new lines of business. He conducts global searches for client organizations based in Canada, the United States, Europe and Bermuda. Over 90 percent of the candidates that Gavin has placed in the last five years, remain with the client companies. In many cases, these placed candidates have progressed into significantly broader and more senior roles.
