Description
I have a passion for working with people from all walks of life. I have experience in and offer in-person or virtual sessions to children, adolescents, adults, and couples who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief or loss, and everyday life stressors.

In doing this, I believe that we can work together to build a therapeutic relationship where you feel welcome, safe, and validated.
I worked from an integrated theoretical approach and I am drawn to theories such as Person-centered and Attachment. I believe that a trusting relationship is key for change and growth, and my desire is to walk beside you as we engage in your story together.
