Glencoe Developments Inc. is proud to be an official HeadStart on a Home builder, a program launched by the Government of Saskatchewan in August 2011 to stimulate the construction of new affordable homes.Established in 2004 by Saskatchewan native Ashley McGrath, Glencoe Developments Inc. expects the completion of 645 residential and commercial units by fall 2013, exceeding 718, 600 square feet of development space. Our developments are located in Lloydminster, North Battlford, Estevan and Weyburn. Our mission from the beginning has been to ensure that young professionals can afford to buy quality homes in the communities they live. Saskatchewan’s unprecedented growth in recent years has been an exciting ride, but we saw less and less accessibility for first-time homebuyers, so our mission today is stronger than ever. The population is growing faster than it has in decades, new buildings are sprouting everywhere and there’s a sense of confidence that the province is finally realizing its potential.
