I had heel and arch pain for more than 2 years . I had gone to many foot care clinics in St Catharines , Ridgeway , Welland but my pain could not go away . A friend who was fitted custom foot orthotics -port Colborne new clinic at Bridges community HealthCenter told me about Gait Maxx Foot Clinic and Orthotic Centre . The foot doctor was very knowledgeable , patient , and very kind . He assessed my gait and evaluated my feet . He told me I had plantar fasciitis . . He took cast moulds of my feet . By exactly one week I got fitted my custom made foot orthotics . Was told how to wear them so I could not feel pain . Within a week my heel pain started to get better . By the end of two weeks I was pain free . That was amazing ! I recommend Gait Maxx Foot Clinic and Orthotic center to anybody with foot pain . The doctor knows his stuff and the orthotics are very wearable and do not hurt at all Colin
