Atlantic Grocery Distributors Ltd. (AGD) is a 100% Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) privately owned and operated Wholesale / Foodservice Distribution Company. We are a one stop distribution center consisting of a vast array of products including grocery, foodservice, produce, fresh and frozen meats (including Certified Angus Beef® and a full line of custom cut and packaged meat), general merchandise, hardware supplies, patent medicines, packaging and cleaning supplies, as well as a complete selection of Atlantic Best Cured Beef and Golden Crust Baked Goods.



AGD is the supplier of choice for approximately two hundred franchise stores operating under the retail banners of Foodex, Foodstop, Value Grocer, and Atlantic Convenience as well as independent grocers throughout NL. We also supply and operate three corporately owned full service supermarkets (Powell’s Supermarkets) and two restaurants (Breaktime).
