My mom was place in this home last year and according to her, she would rather to die than stay in this filthy, depressing place. The nursing staff is totally incompetent. They wake my mom around 5:00A.M in the morning for medication and call her for lunch around noon. If my mom didn't wake up on time, they would throw her lunch away. My mom lost 10 pound after she admitted to the Extendicare Bayview. The social worker is useless, she doesn't even care anything about my concerns and complaints. She punished her student for advocating for my mom ( her student is a great young man by the way!) I am trying to get my mom out of this horrible place as quick as possible!!!!!!
