upon booking with this company, i was told on the phone that having my own insurance coverage with my personal insurance company was fine . What they didnt say was that i had to bring the whole policy with me to verify it when i picked up the vehicle. I had my policy number but I did not have the whole 3 page policy with me and even if I did this company still charges another 10.99 regardless. Their insurance is 30.00 per day which is the highest in the car rental industry, they give you a completely empty vehicle when you pick it up which is really weird forcing me to find a service station asap in a strange city yikes ! The car I requested was not available but the vehicle they provided was good because it was new. I wouldnt like it if it were not new. Anyways, when I was disputing the insurance cost they reduced it to 20.00 per day and if I wasnt satisfied with that offer, they would charge me if I walked out the door as cancelation fee if I chose to go with a brand name rental company . I will say the shuttle driver was the only good thing about this rental company as he was pretty laid back and cool. I wont be renting from this company again, I learned my lesson to not rent with a brand name rental company .
