Description
Murray Wiseman founded Econo-Malls Management Corporation with the construction of its first shopping mall in Bay Roberts, Newfoundland & Labrador in 1976. His three sons, Robert, David and Howard, joined this commercial real estate development and management company soon thereafter. Together, they have successfully developed or acquired and redeveloped more than 40 properties comprising more than 5 million square feet of property throughout Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland & Labrador and Nova Scotia.
Econo-Malls and its related company, RDH Property Group Inc., manage properties the Wisemans wholly own and also manage on behalf of limited partnerships, joint ventures, and third parties. Satisfied clients and partners include pension funds, insurance companies, publicly traded real estate companies, other real estate developers of various sizes, as well as individual private investors.
