300 Rossland. Terrible customer service. Staff is anxious to leave before closing! On two occasions, visited twice 5 minutes to 4pm as they close at 4. Everything was shutdown. I advised I was there for thyroid cancer blood work and they turned me away stating there computer indicated that it is closed and is 4pm. She looked at her phone and put it in her pocket to check the time which was clearly not 4pm yet. I showed her mine and by that time, it was 3:57. She still refused to let me come in. As this is a new lab, you would think they would be eager for volume. It's always dead when I walk by. Terrible customer service. Poor hours. I told her I even left work early and she did not care. Would appreciate longer hours. Most people work during the day.

Please open lab on Saturdays for few hours only ..Lab is good
