Graduated from University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario with a Honors Bachelor of Science degree (B.) in Kinesiology and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Toronto, Ontario with a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.). Dr. Ormond has over a decade of post-secondary and continuing education in medical sciences and biomechanics; as a result, he is able to utilize this knowledge to diagnose and treat nerve, muscle, and joint conditions in a safe and effective manner. Extensive and diverse sports background includes hockey, CIS Football, Competitive Bodybuilding, Rugby, Wrestling, Running, . Understanding the physical and mental challenges that sports and competition presents to the competitive or recreational athlete is extremely important. Ormond has over 10 years of personal and academic knowledge regarding: nutrition; diets; weight loss and gain; strength and endurance weight training; endurance, lactate threshold, VO2max, and speed specific workouts; and blood lactic acid testing for precise heart rate training zone measurement.
