We're a team of Registered Physiotherapists and Dietitians in Victoria, BC, who provide a mix of hands-on techniques, exercise therapy, and education/guidance to help elevate your recovery. Our main focus is to better understand you as a human, so we can best identify the probable cause(s) of your pain and create a recovery program utilizing your likes, goals, and life plans. We offer a variety of services in addition to Physiotherapy, including Pelvic Health/Floor Rehab, Concussion Management, Chronic Pain Recovery, Bike Fitting, Vestibular Therapy, IMS/Dry Needling, TeleHealth/Virtual Appointments, and Nutritional Counselling!
