I hired 2 movers for a quick and easy job transferring a few bigger items because I could not move them on my own. Not only were they an hour and 45 minutes late arriving but only one mover showed up on his own and had no help. Without the help another hour was wasted of my time waiting for the other employee to show up. I let them know these are bigger items that require a 2 man job. I could have saved my money and did it myself. I was still charged for all the wasted time. My bed frame was broken while being taken apart. I begged the movers to cover my couch properly so it wouldn’t get dirty which I also offered blankets and plastic covers but I was assured it would be kept clean and taken care of, which it was not. My couch is stained and tarnished now. After I paid the movers and they left, they decided NOT to let me know they had broken my 60inch Samsung TV. After contacting the company and letting them know how upsetting this whole experience has been they have yet to assure me they will take care of anything broken or damage or offer anything to fix these issues. I’ve never been so disappointed and shocked at the unprofessionalism within a business in my life. If I could rate this whole experience 0stars I would. Would not recommend unless you want to pay a lot of money to get your valuables broken and nothing replaced or fixed. Terrible customer service.
