My husband had a cat scan and xray at this location. Three weeks later he had not heard anything about the tests so assumed everything was okay. At my insistence he phoned back the lab but was put on hold then disconnected before speaking with anyone. An hour later he phoned back and the answering service came on stating there was not more room for messages. Finally he phoned our family Doctor. They looked up his records and it was stated that Phenix had put on the record that they had a recall for him for another CT scan on his heart. No phone call was ever received by us about this. He has phoned back 3 times for a new CT scan and still cannot get through to make appointment. This may be life threatening to him. Will never go back to this establishment again. Reception is awful.
