Incredibly inconsiderate driver from Goulbourn Middle School drives recklessly, is consistently late and has tried to influence my child's opinions and thoughts. This company hires drivers who are both rude and dangerous; Ottawa-Carleton should for sure move their contract somewhere other than DC Bus Lines!

Driver is consistently early waits 1 minute and then takes off. Though you were to support students getting to school. So you complain and the service deteriorates - load music, dog in the van running around loose, power tripping driver. Ottawa Carleton should cancel their contract

never used your company, but made an error driving today because of my GPS and one of your employees with a grey van license plate BDXF 518 honked, flipped us off, and tried to ram into the back of our car, I had to speed up to avoid it and tried waving to apologize and the woman continued to follow directly behind me with her finger up in the air yelling obscenities out her window. this was in ottawa today about a half hour ago, and extremely unprofessional!
