The Communication Studies Students' Association (YorkUCSSA) is a student-led organization committed to helping Communication students gain insights. experiences. and connections. Particular emphasis is placed upon the following areas: Advertising, Marketing, Broadcasting, Digital Media, Journalism, Media & Public Relations, Political Communication and Writing & Publishing. There is one Director assigned to each area from the CSSA Executive, who co-ordinates events in their area for members. These are the people you want to approach if you have a particular question concerning their specific area, about an event they are organizing, or any type of event that you would like to see the CSSA organize.
