CB Credit Bureau Collections among the collection staff we have combined over 100 years of experience. Though none of us are that old per say; we do bring to the table a wealth of experience, knowledge, and contacts as well as collection techniques that can not be taught in a school or found in the large collection mills of the larger agencies. Over the years we have seen competitors come and go, we have seen outside agencies offer “cheap collection” rates to steal the business out of town. As a business owner myself, we all want to save money and the lower commission rates on already “lost” monies are attractive. We are all local, all the monies collected and returned are Sault dollars, and all the commissions earned are spent in the Sault. We support the Chamber of Commerce and sponsor bursaries at Sault College as well as the annual police awards.
