I thought I was so healthy and I had never had allergies. Until I met Mary-Anne I was living like I was invincible because I couldn't physically gain weight. Although weight is just a symptom that not everyone is susceptible to. I wasn't as healthy as I thought I was, just because I was skinny. I now know what it takes to feed my body what it is my body needs. Thanks Mary-Anne!
