Psychotherapy is my second career. After many years in the branding and marketing world, I felt an urgent calling to pursue a path that better aligned with my values, my beliefs and my purpose. At the time, I was (and still am) deeply into a meditation practice. The profound insights I gained through this practice fueled my pursuit of career where I could incorporate the principles of mindfulness for the benefit of others — and simultaneously make a positive contribution to my community.

I began this journey in 2009, and feel incredibly grateful every day to be helping, to be healing, to be raising the level of consciousness for my patients (and myself).
