Ray Woodey, the company’s founder, spent many years working in potato chip factories before deciding to experiment with a way to bring the freshest chips possible to Canadian consumers. Eventually, Woodey invented a continuous kettle cooking machine, and the rest is history. Feeling adventurous? You can forego the traditional potato in favour of taro, cassava, or plantain. And let’s not forget the nachos—crunchy corn chips are available topped with everything from jerk chicken to dill pickles!
