Description
Incorporated in April 2007 under the name Amarone Oil & Gas Ltd., followed by a name change in March 2012 to Corex Resources Ltd.
On January 31, 2013, Corex completed a plan of arrangement creating two separate entities, one focusing on light crude oil opportunities under the operating name Corex Resources Ltd., and the other consisting of heavy oil and natural gas areas operating under the name Successor Resources Ltd.
Concurrent with the plan of arrangement, Corex completed a share consolidation at a ratio of 100:1.
Corex is primarily focused on cost effective, high netback, large light oil in place opportunities in Manitoba, Canada.
