NOTICE TO OUR VALUBLE CLIENTS
Please note that due to a New Covid 19 Protocol during Emergency state in Yukon, we will no longer accept walk ins and appointments have to be scheduled well in advance, by phone. Yukon Government guidelines for veterinary clinics are being applied.
Routine surgeries, spays and neuters have been cancelled until further notice. We have reduced our hours of operation and spaced out our appointment bookings.
Owners will no longer be able to come inside the clinic, only pets. We will continue to order and refill prescription medication and prescription food for your pets.
Cash payments are not accepted.
If you are in quarantine or in self isolation we ask that you do not to come until you are in clear or send somebody else . In this case please let us know that, as well as if you or your pet has been experiencing any respiratory symptoms and if you had travelled in the last 14 days.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep everybody safe.
