While our main service area is the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada, the Remote Support option can be used anywhere in the world. We only speak English ( barely ) so we can only service english type microsoft platforms. We are a small organization with 40 years of experience. Started out on IBM mainframes, card sorting and punch cards. We sub-contract out for some of the expertise we do not have. Barry King Owner and chief geek. I have worked with all the major mainframes, mini computers, PCs and servers. Have a wide range of experience with taming computers. Have worked with Microsoft software since the inception of the company. I still have one of the original Compaq luggable PC computers and all The DOS big floppies and the original Microsoft game - Olympics played with character strings. Lady Lacey More commonly answers to 'Lady'. She accompanies me on all calls - but stays in the Van awaiting my return. Her expertise is hard to qualify. She is partial to sticks - not balls. Likes to go for long walks, visiting doggie beaches, making friends with people and other dogs she meets. A very enthusiastic worker and always ready to socialize and party !
