Cobourg Tae Kwon Do and Martial Arts Academy is an educational institute geared towards the development of a strong mind, body, and spirit set in a family oriented environment.
Our academy exists not only for sport, fitness, and self defense, but also enhances personal growth and self accomplishments backed by teaching traditional values.
Tae Kwon Do teaches the art of World Taekwondo and self defense through the practice of Poomse (Forms), Gyeu Rugi (Sparring), Han Bun Gyeu Rugi (One Step Sparring), and Kyuk Pa (Breaking).
Our Lil' Dragons program teaches our 4 & 5 year olds about courtesy, self respect, confidence, perseverance, loyalty, and integrity through martial arts practice and teachings. Geared towards developing strong basics and a strong character.
Russian Kettlebell exercises can burn fat, build muscle. develop strength and power, and increase flexibility like no other fitness equipment or class.
