CIBC has brought me nothing but grief. Associates gossipping about each other and no-one is doing their job. My intention is to transfer my funds to another bank. They do not return calls and very unprofessional. I have dealt with two agents so far and none is any better than the other. Inept and totally unreliable. These are the morons that they hire to look after people's money. They are not customer service focused, they just want to grab, grab, grab.
My advice is if you don't have an account with them, go elsewhere.
