Chris Wood is a Registered Massage Therapist. While far from over, I can say that I have lived a very interesting life as I have had a wide variety of jobs which have taken me around our province, the country, and the world. This has allowed me to meet a great many people who held a variety of different outlooks on how to approach life and its many problems. One of the main problems that I have seen them facing is their bodies' aches, pains, and injures. After spending over twenty years supporting people with developmental challenges and teaching both children and adults in educational settings, I realized that I was being pulled in a slightly different direction. As a gym teacher and coach I kept trying to help students achieve their personal bests. Like myself though, I kept seeing some students being stopped from achieving their goals because of injuries or weaknesses.
