Actuellement, plus d'une centaine variétés de chocolats, tous faits à la main et créés avec soin afin de trouver l'équilibre parfait entre arômes et saveurs, sont offerts. Plusieurs d'entre eux sont fabriqués à partir de produits du terroir afin de mettre en valeur les entreprises agroalimentaires de la région.
