My last few experiences have been mediocre but today I’m so disappointed. I asked for my usual French manicure and I got something totally different. They charged me full price and didn’t even offer for me to come back to fix it. Been going there for 4 years and since new owners have taken over I have yet to walk out loving my nails. I think it’s time to find somewhere else to go.
